The atmosphere was lively, capturing the excitement of a pre-game crowd, but the food was just average with a limited selection. I enjoyed my burger and the nacho appetizer; however, my friend's brisket sandwich was disappointing, as one-third of the meat was fat due to poor trimming. The prices seemed fair for the location. Unfortunately, the service was lacking — we had to wait quite a while for our food and drink refills, which is surprising given that most diners are eager to eat before the game. Additionally, we spent about 12-15 minutes waiting to settle our bill after it was delivered. While the staff was friendly and personable, it seemed they might have been under-staffed.

I left a message because they weren't open yet, but shortly afterward, the sous chef returned my call to address my concerns. He even followed up with an email listing the menu items that were safe for me to order—talk about great service! Once we arrived, we also received excellent service from our waitress. I was able to make a reservation online through Open Table, making our evening fully set up for a fantastic night out!

He got into an argument with one of his employees that was experiencing his first day. The boss was horrible to him and made me sick. He should not be running that place and getting away with treating his employees like that. I hope he loses his job and learns to respect the hard work these servers and employees go through on a daily basis. I really hope he no longer works there

It's best to reserve your spot for large groups and families so everyone can enjoy a bite to eat before the big ball-game. Wait times can be long, but the misted patio has open seating as well as outdoor games. The brew selection is domestic in aluminum bottles as well as on tap. Tap beers will vary in selection based on the great variety in stock. Bergardens on the patio give an extra appeal for those who want a frosty cold drink before cheering for D-Backs, or even the other team. Bartenders are ready to mix you that cocktail you might be craving. Opening 3 hours before first pitch and offering half priced specials on appetizers and $5 drink specials for post-game. Live Djs on Friday Saturday. Great place to go before and after any Diamondbacks Homegame!
