We received great customer service from Mary and Nicole today upon our first visit. They were attentive, speedy and accurate with our order. We will be back to take out from them in the future.
I have been coming here nonstop for the last several months because we moved to the area and I have been treated very well by all of the employees ithe employees I highly recommend this location everything is always delicious clean and fresh! Mary and Jerome are INCREDIBLE! Customer service is definitely the strongest here than any pizza place I've been to!
Super friendly new staff! I have tried FirePie a few times now and their pizza is top notch. I like that they have other options than just red sauce for the base. Today I tries the Elote Pie, AMAZING! It is Mexican street corn on a nice crispy pizza pie crust! So GOOD! If you have tried FirePie in the past and you were so-so about it, this Elote Pie will blow your mind and get you hooked! I also learned that FirePie is locally owned and only in Arizona! Support local!
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I have visited twice, hoping the first time was an anomaly, but unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern. I placed my order over the phone, but when I arrived, the pizzas had not even been started. Another customer who came in after me ordered 2 pizzas and got them before I did. The dining room is small and dirty. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
They were super slammed last night and the red haired lady in charge was super friendly and trying her best to get the uber drivers orders and my family and i. Although there was this other lady slightly older and she was honestly just in her way and kept messing my simple pepperoni pizza up. There was this slender guy with tattoos that came in and helped them finish up the orders with them. Over all love the pizza just not the best experience this time. :
