El Taco Tote - Phoenix

We came all the way from California and my brother brought us to us and we were very impressed! The food was great! We ordered the dinner taco set where we built our own tacos that were more like a burritos. Your Salsa Bar was the best I've ever seen. They actually had pico de gallo not only watery salsa, picked purple onion, jalapeño, cucumbers and literally everything your tacos would make exquisite. We loved the Quesadilla and the Nacho riders. We wish there were more pommes and fewer nachos. You also have endless chips for your pico or guacamole. I love this place and would definitely come back when I'm in town.

I was here in 2019, but it was delicious. If I?m in that area, I definitely want to go back. Yum. Nice ppl. Great food. Love the salsa bar. :

I was excited to try this place what I should?ve just ate Subway. The food had no flavor and when I mentioned to the person at the front that the soda machine did not have the carbon monoxide for the soda she said it did work and didn?t come back and let me know if she had fixed it or what it was so I paid for a drink but I didn?t even drink anything. And the cashier was kind of weird. So if you?re really hungry and craving Mexican food try somewhere else

I'm so disappointed with this place now. You have good food and salsa bar and I go there at least once a week. Yesterday I ordered a chicken Burrito, but discovered a Sirloin Burrito when I came home, I don't eat red meat. I called immediately and asked me to talk to an anger. A woman said she was the manager, and I said the order was wrong. She took my name and my number and told me to come back to get the chicken. I asked if I had to bring the Sirloin Burrito and she said no. I came back the next day with my receipt and was told that yesterday no woman manager works and I had to bring the other Burrito. The manager who was the one who made the mistake on my order refused to give me a chicken Burrito. He pretended to cheat him for a burrito. I have a job I'm a teacher and don't need to confront restaurants from their burritos at least? . At any rate, he was just rude and they showed me no customer loyalty at all. It's too bad they'd rather lose a good customer over a 10 Burrito. It's too bad I really liked this place, but can?t support a business that treats their customers like that.

Fresh tortillas of scratches, amazing chicken tacos. We did the family package for 4 and also had remains for a few meals. The salsas are delicious and have a good heat for them, per my husband the heat aficionado. Absolutely come back.
