Love the margaritas. House, dirty (adds Cointreau), and sub Don Julio. One of the best you’ll have in the valley. Fantastic rustic patio and excellent fajitas. Service can sometimes be spotty and lately they’ve had the patio closed a lot or it would be 5 stars View all feedback.
What Robert Stephenson doesn't like about El Encanto:
They charge too much money for what you get overpriced for what you get. Service is a little slow. Ordered Carne Asada Taco with beans tacos, which came stuffed with cabbage and about 12 pieces of little burnt meat at the bottom. 18.99, come on, where the beef! The green chili quesdilla was delicious. View all feedback.
Excellent authentic Mexican in an old Hacienda. Dining room and outdoor seating rings a peaceful inner courtyard with large pond. Swans and turtles abound. The food is always hot and quick. Margaritas are excellent, prepared from scratch, not a mix. Try the carnitas, chili rellenos, and stuffed burro.

Do not buy the pitcher to save money. Pays $44 for a big pitcher on the rock. They saw them fill the pitcher up with ice. 4 1/2...
Third visit past 9pm on a Friday night and we were able to walk in and get seated right away.
