I've been in many busy Dunkins and have never experienced a wait like this location always seems to have. Especially if you have an office to get back to, you're better off picking another coffee shop.

Since Covid, I 've been working from home, but needed to come into the office today. Thought I 'd grab a quick breakfast sandwich from Dunkin. Walked in and it smelled like, to put it politely, a bathroom. I walked toward the counter and noticed that the donut racks were completely empty at 7am. Seemed rather odd. As I approached the counter, there was one other customer ahead of me. The person behind the counter finished with that customer, looked at me approaching and walked away. Didn 't say anything, just walked away, and over to the food prep area. Was it too much to say, I 'll be right with you? . Apparently so! Looking around, I realized that I really didn 't want any food from this place, so I turned around and left. And can honestly say, I won 't ever go back to that Dunkin location. Being from MA, the home of Dunkin Donuts, I can tell you they would be appalled and ashamed to have their name on this location.

I used to be a loyal S... read more The customer service at this particular Dunkin is amazing! They are so friendly and try their best with every order that comes their way. I used to be a loyal Starbucks customer. I have converted to Dunkin because 1. More affordable 2. The staff is morefriendly 3. Even though they have a long line and only 2 employees working the employees still try to be as efficient aspossible. They should hire maybe 1 more person to help with the amount of volume they experience. The coffee actually surprisedme with how good it is!

Walked over at 6AM, closed up and dark. I called, as I saw someone inside in the back, no answer. Walked around theblock, still closed at 06:15. Probably ok if they 're open, but website, door, and employees apparently don 't know what timethey open
