Orders are simply thrown on the counter, and drinks that are ready are not announced. There are broken glass bottles scattered across the parking lot, making it risky for tires. Additionally, there were construction materials in the lobby, which felt very out of place. Overall, it was a strange experience. I recommend just driving past this place.

As cars began to line up behind me, I had to say hello three times before someone finally asked me to hold on for a moment. When I reached the payment window, a disheveled guy with a blank expression was there. He looked confused and didn’t respond to me at all. Then, without saying anything, he closed the window and walked away. Fortunately, a friendly lady came over to apologize and informed me that my order hadn’t gone through. But then she checked the monitor and realized that my order was right there on the screen. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the guy at the window might have been under the influence of something. On top of that, the hash browns I ordered were unappetizing; they were covered in tiny black crumbs, which I assumed were from a dirty toaster, and they tasted awful.

The employees never look clean hair everywhere, no hair net long hair never pulled back. They don’t wear gloves. We were told to go to the side waited 12 min and no food. My husband had to go in and it was cold. Why is every other Dunkin we go to have clean polite, presentable employees. My sandwich looks like someone sat on it. And no one came out we watched. Wonder what the health inspector would think . I know it is fast food , but I have worked fast food. And the pay stunk. But we follow health department guidelines. I looked presentable and clean. Shame on you for not having standards.

I would highly recommend making donuts than all the staff playing on their phones. Don't know where the manager was, but I would have been on them about this. Not good workethic. I don't work there so I can't crack the whip.
