Del Taco - Phoenix

My chicken soft taco came with barely any chicken and wilted lettuce. I also said no cheese and there was cheese. I usually don't get very upset if my food isn't perfect but a few crumbles of chicken and bad lettuce on a taco? Thata pretty trash. My chili cheese fries looked like someone held it on a roller coaster. Thats fine...but it the amount of sour cream and onions on it looked like it was 86 at the store and they just had to make it work. Do better del taco. Ive been raving about how much better you are than Taco Bell and this was extremely irritating and unacceptable.

The fish 2 Beer Battered Crispy Fish Tacos Meal were so tiny. wasnt worth the money. hardly any fish in it too.

???? ? 5 stars because they actually have decent plant-based options w/ the veggie meat. It?s not spectacular but it definitely gets the job done as a vegetarian needing a quick bite. Could use some more flavor but it?s better than just beans over Taco Bell Convenient easy grub ????

None of the tables were cleaned, there was food on every single one. It smelled like sewage in there. I ordered the new chicken tostada. There was no chicken on it and the beans were cold. The double bacon cheeseburger didn?t have bacon and looked like it was just thrown together. Everything coming out of one side. The only thing good was the cheesecake bites. So disappointed. Paid $37 only to be able to eat the cheesecake bites. I asked for my money back for the untouched disgusting looking food and I was told no. So it was left on the counter. Such poor customer service. Very rude staff, if you don?t want to show good customer service then I think you?re in the wrong field.

Aside from serving good food along with their generous Tuesday and thursday specials, their new tortas are great. Employees seem to be doing what they?re suppose to do and helped me right away when I had a question. The ONLY issue is the area that it?s in, a lot of tweekers hang out there but that?s not the fault of the store.
