So, I called the store and spoke with the manager. He explained that theft by delivery drivers is a common issue and that it affects all businesses, but there was nothing he could do. He refused to issue me a refund, despite expressing his regret. I found it puzzling that he claimed his business was affected, yet he wouldn’t refund me. After I insisted on a resolution, he promised to call me back before the end of the night, stating, “I promise I will make this right, and you will have your Cinnabons for Thanksgiving.” However, not only did he never call back, but I also had no Cinnabons for Thanksgiving and am now out $47. The charge is still showing on my bank account as “payment for services/retailers that I never received.” I highly recommend not ordering delivery from this location.
