Church's Chicken - Phoenix

I ordered the family-sized Okra because my kids always eat most of it. The chicken is tasty, but a bit greasy.

I ordered from Uber Eats. When the driver arrived at Churches, they claimed to be closed at 9:28 and turned them away. The order was then canceled on the driver's phone. This reflects poorly on the driver and may affect my ability to receive a full refund. The order was reassigned to another driver, who will also be impacted by this. Not a good experience.

This location (24th/Broadway) seemingly has the freshest tasting chicken then others here in the city. The location appears clean inside and outside. The staff has always been courteous, quick, and productive.

I was disappointed with my experience. The restaurant had a new flavor of chicken that wasn't breaded and deep fried, but it was only available with mashed potatoes, which I didn't want. There was no option for online ordering at this location, so I wasted time going through the drive-thru. I ended up telling them to keep it and went to Pollo Loco instead.

Worst customer service was rushed right after being told how can i help you then had a window slammed in my face and was given no hot sauce,forks or any napkins. Its not freaking ricket science to know how to do this simple stuff
