I never write bad reviews but this is unacceptable. This is the second time they did this to me. I ordered 2x meat $5.50) and extra rice from the app for take out. The bowl is not even full with all that extras. Are you kidding me?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!!Portion is a SCAM! Edit: After eating it a little bit, meat was stone cold, rice also stone cold, and Guacamole discoloring.Worse chipotle I ever had. Save your money and go to other branch!
Any time you order door dash with this company the food I get falls completely short. I ordered taco's from this location they were literally just thrown into the bag and by the time I got them they were inedible!! They had soaked so through thepaper bag (because of being just literally THROWN in) that it was falling apart at my door. They also forgot our drinkscompletely. Again. This is consistent every time I order. I'm done giving this company chances. They've lost a long timeconsumer for good..
This Chipotle is a joke. I spent 30 dollars to get this ?double steak? and a lot of the toppings burrito bowl sent 3.1 miles to my work. If you aren?t there keeping a close eye on the employees they have zero motivation or accountability to satisfy theircustomers. As you can see in the picture the bottom of the bowl is visible before even taking a bite. They also forgot the corn. Clearly the employees have a very difficult job as I cannot imagine how hard it must be to look at the 6 ingredients on myorder and place a scoop of it into a bowl. It amazes me that a human being with 2 eyes and 2 hands completed this order, as Ithought for sure it must?ve been Helen Keller.
We just order online. They assured us everything was in the bag. We brought it home and it was missing 4 bags of chips and a quesadilla. I tried calling but no one answer. I tried going through the website but it was an automated pepper . Howfrustrating!! You spend $64 PLUS DOLLARS and they can 't get your order right...which means we either say screw it or jump backin the car pick it up!!! Grrrr???? and check out the picture of a burrito we ordered!!! Terrible!!
Stopped by for a Kid's meal: soft taco, with guacamole, black beans and brown rice. Comes with chips/salsa and a drink. It's the perfect size for me because I don't eat huge lunches. So happy they don't have an age restriction to order from the kid'smenu!!! Food was excellent as usual.

Worst chipotle delivery ive ever had. They mess up orders, bad quality, brown guac, and small portion sizes.
I paid for extra chicken, a side of chips and tortilla and didnt get any of those things. Im sick of this location. They always skimp on the portions and get the orders wrong.
Ordering from Chipotle is always a bit of a gamble, as you never know what to expect. Sometimes you end up with a satisfying portion, but this experience was disappointing. The bowl had just six strands of lettuce and a small amount of chicken, making it roughly 60% of the usual serving size.
Amazing! I just wish they had spicy sour cream available and offered a wider variety of side dishes.
