I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations, and they've all been excellent. This was my first time ordering at this particular spot, and I was really disappointed! My bowl had hardly any lettuce—I'm pretty sure I could count only six pieces! And where's the cheese? There was just a tiny sprinkle on top. To top it all off, they doused it in sour cream, even though I requested a light amount on my app order. There were barely any beans, too. I'll let the photo do the talking.
The salad I received was also lacking, with very few ingredients and no dressing included. Even after I added salsa and other toppings after taking the photo, the bowl still looked sparsely filled. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location and would advise others to consider different options. As a chef with ten years of experience, I believe consistency in portion sizes is crucial. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what was promised. Thank you for taking my money without delivering the quality I expected.
