Additionally, if you ask for extra items in your Burrito, there is a high chance that they will forget them, such as my expensive Queso.

The only items I requested to be cold were t... read more The initial customer service was quite disappointing. I was served a bowl of cold food, which I found unacceptable. The only items I requested to be cold were the lettuce, tomato, and cheese, yet the beans, rice, and meat were also cold. The chicken was overcooked, and the steak was fatty with no lean cuts, although it did have a good flavor. I really enjoy the chips when they’re fresh. I might consider giving this location another chance in the future, but not in the immediate future.

I?ve previously ordered a quesadilla and the chicken was too saltyas well. I?ve made my family try the bowl so they can let me know if it?s just me but no they?ve spit it out and have said it?sbeyond salty. I threw out my bowl and I?ve learned my lesson. Idk who?s in charge of making the rice and chicken but please goeasy on the salt! Absolutely disgusting. I will stick to the other locations and avoid this one at all cost.

Don't wait until there i... read more Very disappointed in this location. Even though they were busy, when you see you're getting low on product,meat veggies etc, refill it! Don't wait until there is none left and try to give a customer a few strands of veggies. The lady called out for moreveggies and the veggies were cold and raw. The bottles of Tabasco sauce were all empty and there was lots of trash in the areawhere you get your drinks, napkins, and eating utensils. I feel like I wasted my $12 today on a sub-par lunch.
