I learned today that this location has officially closed, and I will truly miss it. The excellent service provided by Edmond and his team made it my favorite Burger King in the city. I love BK, and this restaurant was a major reason for that. No other location in the valley will be able to match the level of service this one offered. Rest in peace, 7th Street Burger King—I will miss you dearly. View all feedback.
What Ransom Abshire doesn't like about Burger King:
This joint is the worst Burger King I ever ate at and the most disgusting fast food experience I had. Tasteless and probably old whoppers, refried or remanufactured chichen nuggets, long wait, lousy attitude. Where are Burger King quality control inspectors to shut them down? View all feedback.
I could not go a long box truck, the drivethru and the personal would not help me. they sent me to mcdonlads down the street I guess they don't want my money
Sat in the drive-thru and no one came over the speaker to take my order Backed out of the drive-thru, parked in the parking lot, hwalked up to the doors and sahw an employee sitting in the lobby Couldn't see anyone in the kitchen

I love BK and the guy working who was a one man show was awesome, polite, professional, etc.
I've been to this location two or three times. The long wait time the first time in excess of 15 mins with a short line). The last time it was insanely long over 60 minutes total) and we didn't leave early because there were cars in front of and behind us pretty much pinning us in. There was no excuse when I complained on my first visit. I reported my displeasure but tried to make clear I was not made at the employee perse but the situation wasn't cool. The second time it was due to there only being two people on duty....A manager and a newbie employee. Apparently it was due to the higher ups wanting to save money on work hours. Sadly it not only cost that store a few hours of business but it also resulted in two customers, who LOVE the Croissan'wich, decide that they really don't want to go back to that location. It saddens me as I love the breakfast offerings and the staff themselves were cool in addition to busting their humps) but if the ownership doesn't want to invest in their own people my fiancé and I are not going to contribute to the owner's coffers.
