Had to drive back and returned items #7 which I asked to get my money back and I told the cashier what was wrong I has asked for nomayo or dressing and her smart remark was its not mayo its royal sauce the menu does not state what type of sauce but prettyclear when I say no mayo or dressing which then she asks where 's the drink? I just had to drive back return my order spendmy lunch time in the end not eating anything Burger King by far inconsiderate employee since she never once apologized.

We had coupons. 1 person had forgotten theirs. We were on lunch and only had 1 hour. We advised the lady we had forgotten a coupon but was the exact same order. Asked if she could use the code on the coupon. As other places have said they only need thecode on the coupon. She said NO and gave us the money back. We advised we want the order we placed and we did not want orask for the money back. We will be going across the street to Wendy 's to order. She did give us our order. Did not see herplace the cash back into the register. I apologize it was NOT Burger King, It was JACK N THE BOX. Changing Review to 4Stars

Didn't have time to try to get them to fix it because my lunch break is so short. Not the first time they've messed up my order either
