We had coupons. 1 person had forgotten theirs. We were on lunch and only had 1 hour. We advised the lady we had forgotten a coupon but was the exact same order. Asked if she could use the code on the coupon. As other places have said they only need the code on the coupon. She said NO and gave us the money back. We advised we want the order we placed and we did not want or ask for the money back. We will be going acro... View all feedback.
What Thaddeus Mitchell doesn't like about Burger King:
I ordered a kid's meal at the kiosk. Once order was ready there was no toy and instead there was a greasy chocolate chip cookie. Cashier explained they don't give toys. Why not update menu options on their kiosks and avoid upset customers? View all feedback.
The server at the window was rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me, simply opened and slammed the door. I had to reach out the window to give her my credit card as she stood there with a smirk on her face. She made no effort to help or assist me. After paying, I had to reach out again to get my card back, all while she laughed at the situation. I had a similar experience when receiving my food. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. I suggested that they should hire employees who actually care about providing good service. Don't waste your time with these uncaring employees.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! They only reheat their food and nothing is ever fresh. The food tastes awful and I even found a bee baked into my meal. It's a waste of money to eat here when I could just cook at home. Quick food these days just doesn't compare. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Disgusting.
Was it not in a past, can they still be a good meal for a good price stay safe and enjoy their day?
I ordered a speckroyal meal, but to my disappointment, the speck was missing completely. To make matters worse, I discovered a piece of paper in my burger hidden under the melted cheese. I wasn't able to address the issue in time because my lunch break was short. This is not the first time my order has been messed up at this restaurant.
