I paid for my meal at 8 01 pm and and 8 18 the employee said at the drive through we are just now cooking the chicken sandwich. Waited for 20 minutes. No apology was offered or anything. I had to ask if I could have my drink while I waited. Extremely disappointed
I went to Lower Buckeye 83rd ave location at 8:51 PM on 02/02/2022 drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3x, they were giggling talking didnt pay attention. When I got to the cashier, she didnt have a mask on Saraeyah 1620890). I threw away my food, I dont need covid. I wont go there again, too risky if they aren't wearing masks. I can just imagine how many codes they break. Corporate BK should take a look here. This is very irresponsible , they could be spreading covid to their customers.

Just tried to go through the drive thru tonight, it's Thursday, at about 10:45pm and no one would respond. I even tried to drive up to the window and knock on it to get someone's attention but they obviously don't pay attention. You're advertised to closeat 11pm... what a joke.
Worst Burger King been to in a while. Sitting at Drive-through for almost 5 min. Get to window and wow Cold fries..... what a joke.
