The menu is quite extensive, offering something for everyone. I ordered the Biscuit Benedict with a side of cookies and gravy, and as the name suggests, the cookies were fantastic! I loved the crunchiness of the bits in there, and the Hollandaise sauce was flavorful. The flavors and cooking of the dishes were excellent, but one downside was that our food wasn’t served hot. It was warm at best, and by the time I got halfway through my dish, it had cooled down. I’m sure if I had asked, they would have happily reheated it, but I was too eager to dig in! My only other concern was that the country potatoes lacked seasoning, which made them taste quite bland. Despite these minor issues, it was an overall positive experience, and I believe this family-run business deserves to thrive! I’m looking forward to returning to try more items from the menu.
The service at this biscuit establishment was outstanding! Elaina was exceptionally friendly; she listened carefully and assisted us in choosing our meals. Alex ensured that our orders were delivered to the table just as we requested. The food was delicious, and the restaurant has a unique retro/vintage atmosphere. It was a delightful surprise!
