Back down again.Online order is nice. Got a notice the order was ready then told 3 more minutes when we showed up 5 minutes after it was done…9 of 11 items that we paid for were given and plenty of horsey sauce (though we asked face to face for arby sauce (of which there were none to go with the lone ketchup packet).Yeah you try and make it as simple as you can, but the state of entry level labor today makes this (a failure by any normal measure) a pretty much expected experience.Sigh…

You would expect that after hours of sitting out, the fries would be replaced, but they were the most stale fries I've ever encountered. The food here is downright inedible. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer fresh meals. The smell in the restaurant was terrible, reminiscent of a sewer and dirty feet. We definitely won't be coming back! Update: To top it all off, I ended up with food poisoning and was sick all day today.

I tried to contact them immediately and called six times, but no one answered. I even left a voicemail, but still received no response. It seems like they only care about collecting money. It's really disappointing that you can't even trust fast-food restaurants anymore.
