Arby's - Phoenix

I don’t care to walk inside this arbys . I’ve never felt unwelcome in an establishment as I did in here . No friendly faces . No smiles, bad attitudes. They make you feel as if your taking something away from them , I felt very uncomfortable asking a question. 2 little girls working in the Front were so rude , I wanted regular fries and not curly fries when I changed my order , I got rolling eyes and bad attitude. I just wanted to get my food and get out of there. I won’t be going back there period !!!!

Tried the new Wagyu burger, first off you have to have a cook that knows how to cook a good burger you can ruin a good piece of meat with someone who doesn’t know how to cook a burger. Seems like all the juices were mashed out of it during cooking. The menu said medium well and mine was so well done that the outer edges were bone dry I couldn’t even eat the outer edges of the patty. This was from the location at 119 East Baseline Rd. The entire patty was pretty dry, too well done. I was not satisfied with it at all, the bun was not fresh and it was just a big sloppy mess on top of meat with stale buns I was very dissatisfied with it. Needless to say that was my first and last time trying a Wagyu burger at Arby’s. Not a good experience at all. My money would’ve been better spent if I went to the Burger King a couple doors down.

As soon as we were running. the door, one of the hired sat on the front counter where they place food. the ice machine was 't working, and their soda machine was not properly calibrated! your eating was cold and disgusting, the workers were in the job counter asking about personal and only a storm to cuddle. very sad, this use to our go to arby 's we knew that eating would be amazing. no more, so disappointing?

Had to try the new diablo chicken sandwich. I liked it. if they do not like spicy hot taste, it is probably not for them. Food: 5/5

Terrible! 3 bark meat n cheddar. I'm home and all three without cheddar! will not be back!
