I was told they turned off the Juke Box bc they don't like what other people play. I called a few weeks ago before my first visit and was told they don't turn off the jukebox, even on weekends. Also, I thought that the bar usually picks what kind of music is available? I just wanted to play some Lady Gaga and Britney tbh. I anticipated coming to Bar 1 all week for my birthday and drove over an hour to get here. Never again

The service and drink specials are great. My only complaint….they have the worst soda water out of all the gay bars. If you order a vodka soda, it will be flat. More like a vodka water. Vodka soda is my go to drink, but I hate ordering it here because it always disappoints. It has been this way for years. Otherwise, it’s a solid bar.
