Serene's Deli - Phoenix

I was staying across the street from the deli at the Hilton and the front desk clerk recommended that I go over there for lunch. The service was friendly, the menu had lots of options and the prices were very fair. I got the hot pastrami sandwich and the macaroni salad and it was really tasty. I will go back there again when I am in the area.

Hi everyone meet Robert : He's the awesome chef that makes the most amazing salads/sandwiches/soups mostly by hand. The menu is pretty broad very affordable specializing in sandwiches (panini's/grilled cheese they have a special of the day that he creates on his own.He also gives you some pretty great suggestions on what to order if you're not sure he can customize any item they have to make it exactly how you'd like. With his level of expertise, I'm really surprised he's still there not cooking in a fine dining establishment. If you visit, bring tip money he really deserves it!This is a whole grilled chicken salad, I already mixed it together before taking a picture. Normally all the ingredients are separate (tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, chicken and you mix it together with your favorite dressing. Keeps you full for hours!Thanks Rob loved this one :

This is Awesome place to have in a building with 16+ floors for lunch when you don't have time to run anywhere during your lunch hour, I should say 1/2 hour lunch. It's unfair businesses switched from hour lunches to half hour lunches.

Started working in 3200 building about 9 months ago and the highlights were the view and Steve's Deli. Seriously great food at a VERY reasonable price.

Stopped by here for a quick bite and I am pleased with what I got. I purchased a pastrami wheat sub and was great for the price. There are assorted snacks available and other products like Advil, 5 hour energy shots and cigarettes. Fast service and if you work nearby this place would be perfect for lunch.
