Panda Express - Phoenix

So inconsistent. One day the food is awesome and the next visit, the same food is disappointing. Some servers give you a fair amount of entree with your meal and other times the rice or noodles dominates the plate. I watched the servers load a plate with an enormous amount of teriyaki chicken and I requested the exact same thing for myself. We paid the same amount and what I received was about half the chicken as the one served before me. My advise for the entrees is if it doesn't have a fresh appearance in the pan, it may disappoint.Parking: Very limited as other businesses draw more clients.

STAY AWAY!!!!I spent 30 minutes in line. The store wasn't even busy, it got to the point I just told them to keep my order they obviously needed it more than I did. LMFAO!!MANAGER WAS PRESENT. WOW!Total disregard!NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!!

Great food and Arturo provided amazing service even when it was during rush hour. He was extremely kind, cheerful and attentive. Wanted to shout out because I know the emotional labor of the customer service industry isn't easy and I was super impressed! Brightened my day :

This locations says it’s open until 10 pm on Fridays. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Uber Eats only: I went in at 9:15 pm. There were 4 items left and she said they will not make anything else unless I order them thru an online app. The food was cold and GROSS!!!! At least an hour old ?

Panda, your like the post office, charge more and get less. The prices are higher (OK), but the portions should be the same. Not at this location. The only thing they give about the same maybe more is the white rice. Probably to try and trick you into how little you get of the actual entree. They used to cut up the teriyaki chicken in a manageable way and somewhat presentable, now they just put whatever size the piece of chicken is on your plate. I could of dropped my 2 plate upside down and shaken it and it would of looked exactly the same. Come on Panda, you can't expect people to be ok with charging more while getting smaller portions that aren't even halfway presentable to eat. Was not one of best visits.
