Definitely enjoyed the hospitality and the food. Had the chicken waffles, banana pecan toast, corn sausage (the batter reminds me of New Orleans Beignet, the good kind of beignets that isnt overrated Cafe DuMonde ... more like Morning Call, a must go for tourists in the Big Easy), chiqueila (little hint of heat but savory chicken egg breakfast like nachos), and the breakfast burrito. What Big Horse doesn't like about Over Easy:
While the setting and atmosphere is cute, the service was sub-par and food mediocre at best. My hashbrowns were cold and eggs overcooked. The only somewhat redeemer was the gravy had a descent flavor. A $45 breakfast for 2 without alcohol should be amazing; not something worthy of 1 or 2 stars! Will not be returning on our next visit View all feedback.
The mimosa flight is a MUST! This place was awesome. Definitely lived up to the hype. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures of the food but I was so hungry. I will say we tried their Chilaquiles, Churro French toast, their Rolled Taco Bowl and it was a 10 out of 10!
Went here for a lunch date with my partner , and let me tell you their service is really good! Even the lady that served us was so good! Their food is a 10/10 definitely recommended for all my girlies who loves to go out for brunch
Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable service by Shayla! Relaxing atmosphere. Sweet and savory, filling entrees and sides. A must-visit for both locals and travelers alike. The servers let our niece put her little creation on their refrigerator, and subbed her side for chicken sausage. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience
Chilaquiles was delicious serving is good for two for light breakfast. Fresh brewed coffee (decaf also! . Service is great, our server Rubin went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were so yummy that it was gone before I have a chance to take a pic.
This is my favorite and go-to spot for breakfast and lunch. The food is amazing (try the southwest omelette) the service is great, and the vibe is old-style diner, which is fun and welcoming. They fresh squeeze the OJ and the coffee is good. A good friend loves the ricotta pancakes. If you're looking for a good breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere, this is your place.
