Did a take out order for a client and they were very impressed at how juicy the chicken was. They were out of biscuits but went out of their way to substitute for another side which was nice. Client was excited to see a drumstick on the bottom of the bucket. View all feedback.

Pulled up and they don’t have 70% of the menu. Including chicken items. Like why even open? The lady was giggling stating the long list of items they didn’t have. View all feedback.
Went to order a couple mashed potato bowls with my daughter. Got shouted at by the Clerk that I needed to back my car up behind the blue line several times in the dark after I was already at the window and nobody was even there. When I got upset that it was dark, and I couldn’t back up to see any blue line, she refused to serve me and then claimed she was the manager. Worst service and very rude!
Great place to get a quick bite. Very clean and friendly team members Easy access and plenty of parking. Good seating and pleasant atmosphere. Big menu and very affordable. Food is good and filling. Great drink fountain and utensils and condiments. Kid friendly. Highly recommended
Horrible experience at this location 35th Thunderbird. Food over heated, included fried chicken nuggets seems like a rocks, I won’t recommend this place, really bad food and quality of products.
The people there are rude and always they don't have enough sides
Got a chicken bowl, the chicken was salty, and i had more gravy then mashed potatoes. The statue of coronel sanders is scary as you walk in. Service was good, no one else was in there. The bowl should come with a biscuit, but it doesn't, so i paid for one. $11 bucks later ..... uhm really not worth it. Pollo loco has great bowls for $5. Should've gone there.
