What Tracy Owen doesn't like about Dunkin':
Don’t expect the seasonal flavors or specialty flavors to arrive for a month after it is announced available. Then another 2 weeks or never for the toppings. Why even be in business if you aren’t even going to attempt to have product. View all feedback.
The girls there are great besides the Manager. She yells at the customers like there animals waiting for a meal. She’s mean to her employees when they were so kind and fast. While working so hard the manager is yelling. Very upsetting to see. Respect and assertiveness should be pushed more. Not demanding, yelling and disrespect.
Doesn’t participate in Dunkin rewards on App. Starbucks at the airport in Terminal 4 does participate in its respective points/ rewards program.
I wait in line behind an airport worker who took way too long flirting with the girl working, and then when she finished serving him, she just walked away and the other two workers just kind of acted like they didn't see me. I'm 7ft tall and was standing in line. Not very easy to miss. Just wanted me coffee..
The food was beyond disgusting. I didn't expect much from airport food but watching the girl EAT a whole meal within customer view- and handling my food without gloves did something for me.. and it wasn't good. Breaking major health/ food violations here. But the coffee was okay.
The last couple of days they told me they are not serving food . I'm not ahappy customers would like sandwiches, bagel w cream cheese. So whoever this girl is in the last days needs to serve food.
