I had originally booked another Marriott... read more I can't rave enough about this fantastic hotel and its amazing manager, Melissa Bietz, along with her wonderful staff! I had originally booked another Marriott hotel in June for my husband's 65th birthday in August, but when we arrived, it turned out to be a disaster with no internet available. I called Courtyard Scottsdale North at 6 PM, and they quickly accommodated us with a lovely room that had a balcony and a beautiful view. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent internet access! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk across the street for a delightful birthday dinner at Maggiano's Italian Restaurant. Thanks to Melissa and her team, we didn’t have to make the three-hour drive back home. This will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on! Thank you, Melissa!

The room was not clean, the windows were s... read more As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I must say that this is by far the worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in. The room was not clean, the windows were so dirty that I could hardly see outside, and the pool and hot tub were in poor condition. This Courtyard desperately needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. I would not consider staying here again. I would have given a lower rating, but since I didn't find any bed bugs in the room, I’m giving this Courtyard a 2!

The floors were awful; walking... read more I can't believe this hotel is affiliated with the Marriott brand. The rooms were dusty, and it affected our sinuses and throats. The floors were awful; walking barefoot made us feel the gritty dirt and dust (they were similar to Formica floors). The furniture was damaged in both the rooms and the hallways, as well as near the elevator entrances. The bathroom door didn’t fit correctly, and there was a rotting hole at the bottom of the doorway. The beds were uncomfortably hard.

Lots of parking, bu... read more We came for the Renner Academy. Our ground floor room was spacious and with almost everything you’d want (a microwave would have been nice). Lots of parking, but it’s $7/day. Pool/hot tub kept very clean, tested daily. Towels/sheets changed once a week. Internet free and available everywhere. Walking distance to FedEx, CVS, Black Bear Diner, and several other restaurants. All king bed rooms have disabled-accommodating large showers, so if you’d rather have a tub, get a room with 2 queen beds. Grounds immaculate. Starbucks and bar inside.

We flew 5 hours to get to AZ and she made us... read more Very disappointed with this Marriott property! MELISSA at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful at all. We flew 5 hours to get to AZ and she made us feel like we were bothering her from the minute we arrived, not welcoming and had the worst attitude while checking us in. I'm not sure why she would be in the hospitality industry with that kind of mindset. Additionally, we requested a room with a king size bed and even though it was requested prior to our arrival, we were given a room with two queen size beds. The property was dirty, and it looked rundown. We did not feel safe in the elevator, it was making all kinds of noises. We will not be returning to this property, specially with the Front Desk Staff (MELISSA) being so rude. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
