I’m not sure who prepared this quesadilla, but they should really be embarrassed. It was so hard that I had to throw it away, and it was extremely overcooked. Thanks for ruining my dining experience, just like last time.
So, I noticed my burritos were significantly SMALLER, when ordered online. About 2/3 the usual size. I was assured that I was mistaken when I called customer service. However, I have now read reviews confirming smaller portions when orders are placed online. Also, I recently spent 35 minutes trying to order online, with no luck. Something wrong with website. Had to go inside to order, mobility issues). Upon telling manager of my experience, I got a blank stare. Shame on you, Chipotle!!! Rock hard quesadillas!
