The food is delicious, and we particularly loved the Smoked Brisket, which is available for a limited time. The menu features a variety of options, including burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads, with six choices for meat and vegetarian fillings. Guests can choose between brown rice or cilantro-lime rice, as well as black or pinto beans, pico de gallo, and other toppings. Our granddaughters enjoy eating here and often order from the Kids menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are quite reasonable.

I was assured that I was mistaken when I called customer service. However, I have now read reviews confirming smaller portions when orders are placed online. Also, I recently spent 35 minutes trying to order online, with no luck. Something wrong with website. Had to go inside to order, mobility issues). Upon telling manager of my experience, I got a blank stare. Shame on you, Chipotle!!! Rock hard quesadillas!

This is not my first time experiencing this either. They never smile, they never say hello, thank you or goodbye. I asked for salad dressing for a salad and the girl didn't even answer me!! I had to ask again at the register and the girl said they were out of salad dressing, and just stood there. It was an awkward pause. They're rude to everyone too, not just me. It's like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. I get it too, I understand that days are long, and times are tough, but when you have a customer service job, that's your JOB. Do it!! I'm a Flight Attendant, I work 12-18 hr days (sometimes longer when I do international trips), I'm tired, I'm hungry, passengers are grumpy, but I still smile and I'm still friendly to everyone. It's MY JOB. I do what I was hired to do. These people need to go back to training and learn how to be friendly!! Only reason I go back is because I love the food.

I arri... read more I want to start by mentioning that I'm a Sous Chef, and if any of my staff behaved like the person who prepared my food, they would be fired immediately. I arrived at 8:30 and noticed they were already starting to close up. I approached the counter and awkwardly waited until someone came over to take my order. When she finally did, she just stared at me without saying a word, which was very uncomfortable. As she moved down the line, she remained silent and seemed annoyed to be making a burrito for me. I was left standing at the register again in another awkward moment until someone finally assisted me in paying for my food. The overall vibe was definitely lacking, and I probably won't return to this location since I've had similar experiences each time I've visited. It was quite frustrating.
