This is not my first time experiencing this either. They never smile, they never say hello, thank you or goodbye. I asked for salad dressing for a salad and the girl didn't even answer me!! I had to ask again at the register andthe girl said they were out of salad dressing, and just stood there. It was an awkward pause. They're rude to everyone too,not just me. It's like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. I get it too, I understand that days are long, andtimes are tough, but when you have a customer service job, that's your JOB. Do it!! I'm a Flight Attendant, I work 12-18 hrdays (sometimes longer when I do international trips), I'm tired, I'm hungry, passengers are grumpy, but I still smile and I'mstill friendly to everyone. It's MY JOB. I do what I was hired to do. These people need to go back to training and learn howto be friendly!! Only reason I go back is because I love the food.

There's always a 10-20 minute wait AFTER your scheduled pick up time. Sometimes when you wait in the pick up area line, they ask your name when you getto the front of the line, and THEN start making your order. Its mind blowing. Word to the wise, if you order online, go straightto the restaurant and tell them you're there. Don't wait around for them to put your bag on the empty pick up shelf.

I went in at... read more I wanna start by saying that I am Sous Chef, and if any of my staff acted the way the way the person that made my food would be fired immediately. I went in at 8:30, I could see they were already Starting to pre close. I went up to the counter andawkwardly stood there till some one came over to start my food. After finally coming over she just stares at me n says nothingagain very awkward! As she moves down the line she continues to not say a word n just seems mad that she has to make a burritofor me... then again I'm left standing at the register another awkward moment till someone finally made it possible for me topay for my food. Definitely didn't give out that good energy, I probably won't go back to that one again, as I was prettyirritated, and I seem to experience this every time I go there.

From the beans and rice at the bottom to the salsas, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce, there's so much to enjoy. The grilled chicken is also a great option. The staff at this location do a fantastic job putting together the perfect bowl for their customers. You’ll definitely find yourself wanting to come back again and again!
