Inca Peruvian - Phillipsburg

All I ordered for Takeout is really good. I ordered the steak and onions / Bistec encebollado, rotisserie chicken / pollen a la brasa, and Ceviche Mixto. The only thing I don't like is that the octopus in the Ceviche-Mixto was boiled and pretty chewing. The steak was a little better cooked than I liked when I rarely said medium. The waiter who said it was her second day could have been more attentive. I had to ask what they were serving when people were waiting for their food. It was roasted and slightly salted corn seeds I think it is what they are called. Something other than regular bread or chips in other restaurants. It was cold in there and it didn't seem like the heating was on.
