Two different times I was ordering food and they told me sorry we can't make food we ran out of gloves I was just there yesterday and asked for the blood orange drink and they said they were out ofwhatever they put in the drink I also asked for a French vanilla coffee coolata and the girl at the window said they were out ofFrench vanilla syrup. I will not waste my time going there anymore I mean how do you run a business like that

Today and another occasion I have paid cash for my order and when my change is due I 've been told sorry we have no pennies . Today I asked the cashier well who did you short you ormyself? She tells me you. I said no you don 't. How do you make me pay more for my order because you are not prepared with properor enough change like it makes absolutely no sense why I should be okay getting my change shorted. I don 't care if it 's 1 centor 5 it 's mine and you don 't have the right to keep my money. Can I come short them when I don 't have it? How many people didthey steal from when they withheld their change because they didn 't have it? I spoke to the manager her first rebuttal was howmuch was it a penny? That 's not the point cause if its just a penny why didn 't you take the short? Then she wanted to blame thebank instead of acknowledging that this practice with withholding peoples correct change is not right. She then says ok I 'lltell her to give out more money. She missed the whole point. Just treat your paying customers correctly the first time!

Even when there'... read more The staff has ALWAYS been top-notch (courteous and friendly). If there's an issue with your order, they're are diligent in getting it resolved. Even when there's a line at the drive-thru, the wait time is minimal. Additionally, the restaurant AND thestaff are ALWAYS well presented and appear clean, which is a factor that is of GREAT IMPORTANCE to ME. I would have given them 4and 3/4 stars ????, but the application only allows for full star ???? ratings.
