I recently locked my keys in a rental car while getting gas at this Sheetz. My phone, wallet were also in the car. The staff was amazing helping me find a locksmith, provided me coffee and kept checking to see if i needed anything. The supervisor, Karen wasso kind. I watched them interact with everyone for an hour, they were the same way with every customer. Wonderful staff andcustomer service!!!
Consistently the worst sheetz I go to. 5th time they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular home style (I hate spicy) and then I get attitude from them when I call to let them know of their mistake. Not to mention absolutely drowning insauces to the point of the sandwiches falling apart at least 1/2 the time. Single pack of ketchup for a cup of curly friesregularly? if you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. Don?t chance this half rate shame on the sheetz name.
This is my second time placing a curbside order with Sheetz, and once again the app fails to work for check-in. I called five times with no answer. I had to unbuckle the kids and inconveniently take them inside. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the fries I ordered, and I only realized it after driving away. Overall, a disappointing experience with Sheetz’s menu service.
I absolutely love their milkshakes. I've never had one made with ice blended in before, and now I'm hooked!
The tire pressure gauge and air pump are true lifesavers!
