MS. JACKIE THE NEW MANAGER IS THE TRUTH. I LOVE WENDYS AND REFUSED TO COME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE ENVIRONMENT. WELL SHE CHANGED MY MIND AND I ONLY WALKED PASSED AND NOTICED THE CHANGE!!!!!! SHE IS THE BEST. So nice professional and down to earth. What Princess Selby doesn't like about Wendy's:
The service was great, the ladies were very nice. My drink was wrung up incorrectly but I still received what i asked for, corrected size. However, my food was cold, I mean like the WHOLE DANG ORDER!!!! I called or atleast I tried to. Listening to 35 rings × 11 attempts no answer= I am beyond not happy. Management has to do better. Needless to say, I didn't eat it. My dogs were happy. View all feedback.
The Baconator outshines the Big Mac and Whopper/Bacon King in every aspect. Let's start with the wrapper: even an hour after getting the Baconator, it remains warm and maintains its original quality. In contrast, if you leave a Big Mac or Whopper in their boxes for the same amount of time, they lose both temperature and some of their quality. Now, let's talk about the bun. The Baconator’s bun is excellent, whereas the buns on the Big Mac and Whopper often come off as stale and uninspiring. Finally, the most crucial component: the beef. The Baconator's beef is of diner-quality, while the Whopper's beef is decent. However, the Big Mac's beef is by far the worst. Thank you, Wendy’s, for this amazing product!
It was just what I was in the mood for. The frostee was delicious, the fries were flavorful, and the burger was decent and satisfying.
Missing ingredients on sandwich and small fries were half empty
My Salad wasnt made right , I didnt get my frosty, And my baked potato was so nasty
I received the wrong sandwich, and to make matters worse, this exact issue happened just last night as well. The meal was disappointing, and the service was lacking. I recommend spending your money at a different establishment.
