Wendy's - Philadelphia

The food was good, but the service that day wasn't up to par, and it was noticeable. There were no napkins or ketchup available. I really love Wendy's.

The new Pfefferminz Frosty is gritty, especially since I was expecting the chocolate Frosty. The cashier not only ignored my partner while he waited for the two customers ahead of him, but also seemed unable to distinguish between brown and pink.

Upon entering, I saw a long line of people waiting, almost spilling out the door. After waiting 15-20 minutes just to speak with a cashier and let them know I was picking up my mobile order, they told me they didn’t have my salad, so I had to wait even longer for a replacement. Overall, I will never return to this Wendy’s, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be visiting any Wendy’s in the future. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.

Eating was fresh and hot. the young lady on the drive-dru window with arm tattoos was completely rude and respectful. she threw her hand out the window for the form of payment. it has not made a gruß, the order confirmed or total. my brother still talked to her when he handed out her card, she said nothing and hit the window. she gave him the bag with the food, said nothing and hit the window again. they should not work in the food industry. very bad experience thanks to this person.

Worst Wendy's workers ever! Lazy, Rude, and could careless how long you wait. Soda machine does not work.Food: 4/5
