We had a breakfast business meeting, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The waitress repeatedly forgot to bring one of our drink orders, specifically a latte, and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. What User doesn't like about Thirteen Philadelphia Marriott:
we had reservations for price repair menu for Thanksgiving holiday during the stay in the hotel. first the dinner was not even warm, never a bit hot. second, what was listed on the menu was not what was served. in the demand for the missing items (i.e., sink) we were truthahn. and they said it looks like truthahn, but it is sinking. it took an hour to come for the meal and when it did, we were served twice the salat... Ms. Jeanie was amazing and her customer service is stellar. The selection of food choices was nice. All around the workers were kind and engaging. Thank you and thanks again Ms. Jeanie you are wonderful
We met for a business lunch and had a very nice meal. The food was very good (especially the turkey BLT), and the server was pleasant, polite, and professional. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent service, delicious food, perfect for my three business breakfast meetings! They had oat milk for my coffee, the healthy menu made ordering so easy. Highly recommend!
Eggs were laced with milk. Home fries were mush as they were served in a metal tin. Hard to believe toast is not offered Paid cash. Waited longer for change then the time it took to eat a lousy meal
