I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My order was incorrect, took 2 hours to arrive despite living very close by, and the employee who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me twice. I will never be dining here again. I wish I could give them zero stars. Additionally, their $6.50 refund policy is unreasonable. View all feedback.

I personally love using their takeout and delivery service. The pizza is amazing and definitely worth a try!
If I could give 0 stars, I would because this place does not even deserve 1 star based on customer service alone. This establishment has a serious issue with accountability. The person who answers the phone is very unprofessional. They had the audacity to charge a $6.50 delivery fee due to snowy conditions, even though the roads were clear and the snow had stopped days before. My food took 2 hours to arrive and was cold, with fewer wings than I had ordered. Despite living just down the street on German City Ave, they claimed it was a "blizzard" even though it wasn't snowing. They tried to blame the delay on the restaurant without providing any compensation. I strongly recommend that the owner address these issues by improving employee training and hiring professional staff. The way they allow their team to mistreat customers reflects poorly on them. I received no compensation for my 2-hour wait, cold food, and missing wings, which led me to cancel my order in disgust. It is ridiculous that they continue to advertise with flyers to attract more business.

They sell targeted frozen cakes. I ordered by over eat, so I think they can eat over customers any old thing. why should a customer want to eat cake that is solid like a stone with freeze!. that happened more than once. I will never order from them again. I apologize. I wanted to write this review on the other Takka grill. on cheltenham ave. as soon as they see my apology, I will post this evaluation amd on the right one. I'm sorry?
