T N Homemade Kitchen - Philadelphia

I have an order for the last minute catering, a very small work meeting, just needed an antipasto and cheese tablet. I ordered at 11:30 a.m. and found out that the event was canceled at 1:30 a.m., I contacted them immediately to cancel the order for the new date or preferably to change it again. they canceled the $200 order, refunded me $20, and told me they would be happy to accompany our later event, but the cancellation fee is still because they had to throw away all food. a few things. the restaurant industry was hit hard because of the pandemic, I know that. people like me cannot afford to do like these all willing nilly. I know. they had to throw away all food?...Why was there only a 2 hours gap between me to put the order and find out that the meeting was canceled delivery was not planned until 3:30. again, maybe. I'm wrong! but if they had said. if we would still charge them all the amount and throw away all the food, I would have just taken the food and put it in the refrigerator. Finally, nowhere...absolutely nowhere is it written the due customers will be when an order is canceled with this place. they gave me $20 of a $200 order, and we're talking about cheese and olive. it looks like this place has really good food, but I will never order from them again, and no one will be in my company. it is not my fault that someone was sick and that was canceled, not their fault, maybe a better communication and customer service.

This restaurant is ripping people off! Placed an online order. Charged my credit card but no delivery. Their Main phone number doesn’t ring. Delivery service is not responding. Stay away from this company unless you want to spend your money and get nothing in return!!!

I ordered a Too Good To Go from here and what they provided was just sad. I got a prepacked cinnamon bun, chocolate milk and bag of chips. I could have gotten these items from Wawa.

This place is so hit or miss. I have ordered the same items multiple times. When it's good, it's really good and when it's not, it's completely inedible. Wish it were more consistent.

Great to be back! This place has remodeled with a great lounge feel. Not just sushi Feng is also a chophouse with delicious burgers, steaks and udon, ramen. This fusion menu makes for great variety for all palates. I especially love the pork ramen. Happy hour is also pretty fantastic! Great prices, from 3-6 and a great atmosphere. If you were a past regular like me, you will be pleasantly surprised. If new to Feng you will love it!
