What User doesn't like about Steak 48 -philadelphia:
my man and I drove 3 hours in the pouring rain there was an accident at the exit, so we had to reroute that made us arrive at our 15 minutes grace period brand I understand that they have a 15 minutes rule, but we were there in the rain with dress clothes on the attempt to make it to the door in two minutes, we have literally got us to the workers who are staring at View all feedback.
Had a great time and the food was amazing, but something was not great the cookies at the end you get with the bill, super salty and not good. Everything else was great, the server cut me off after my second drink, although
Will definitely be back the food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Our waiter Jordan was incredible he made our first experience everything from food suggestions to kind compliments.
The waitress spilled water on me, although I understand it was a mistake, would’ve appreciated another bottle of water since she spilled the entire thing. guys standing to the right near the bar were very loud and rude, kept laughing about the water spill, then someone slipped on the left over water later and they kept laughing and being obnoxious the whole time. amazing food and amazing resturant i think i just went on a bad night. overall steak48 is still my fav resturant just wish this experience wouldve been different considering it was my friends bday and their first time there
Our Waitress Shannon was very knowledgeable and informative and provided superior customer service . The food was excellent as well .
