Starbucks - Philadelphia

Came here today at 6:15am. They open at 6am. Cashier didn’t talk to me and pointed towards the sign that said cash registered closed. I asked, youre not open? She said no. I asked when will they open, she said 630. I then asked, dont you guys open at 6am? She says yes. Getting information out of her was like pulling teeth. I was here the other day and it opens at 6am. The lady who opened on 9/8/21 was amazing. Whoever was working morning shift on 9/12/21 barely even wanted to talk and was terrible.

Very well stocked, wide isles, many special, some incorrectly packed. making customer miss out on specials or being over charged if they are not observant. Few sales persons yo render assistance.

Good produce but the need to.open more lines when it gets backed up, not everyone likes to use self checkouts

I arrived at 7:48 pm and was turned away without service. Your website states you are open until 8 pm. Please update your information.

This Starbucks is located upstairs inside the Acme. It took me a while to locate it. They never open before 8. I called ahead and Acme customer service said they were open, but when I got there, they were closed. The cashier was friendly and knew a lot about the drinks and food. I ordered a Chai latte with brown sugar syrup and pumpkin foam, and it was incredible.
