After a terrible experience at Savannah's Soul Food Bar across the street, we decided to give Rose Tattoo a try. We were welcomed warmly and received excellent service. My investment club was celebrating our ten-year anniversary, so while we didn't have dinner at Rose Tattoo, we enjoyed some truly delicious drinks and desserts.
