Rosa Blanca - Philadelphia

We had a wonderful brunch! It was our first visit, and both the food and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Another fantastic restaurant by Garces! The dishes were delightful, including the Cuban French toast, a bagel with smoked salmon and flavorful cream cheese, and Vaca Frita. The drinks were impressive and quite strong. This will definitely become a go-to spot for us in the future. Thank you for making the birthday celebration so memorable!

Excellent Latin American cuisine! I highly recommend the Ropa Vieja and Cordero al Caribe. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is both friendly and professional.

We visited Rosa Blanca for brunch this past weekend and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was fantastic and the Bloody Marys were delicious! The restaurant is large and spacious, which is a significant advantage in the Philadelphia brunch scene. We will definitely be returning!

The ambiance is very comfortable and relaxed. The food was delicious- beautiful flavors blended together. We loved our cocktail- Smokey Hemingway. It was quite unusual. Our server was engaging and made the meal even more enjoyable. The Masitas de Puerco was so moist and the sauce nicely spiced. We did a salad, a couple of small plates and an entreé to share and it gave us a nice sampling of tastes!

I've gone to Rosa Blanca regularly for the past year; and the food, service, and ambiance have remained very good.
