Richy's Seafood Deli - Philadelphia

The food is excellent, but I consistently find that they forget to include an item from my order. I'm always missing something! That's why I'm giving them only 3 stars. They really need someone to double-check orders to ensure that everything is included before they are sent out.

Forget that one-star rating! I usually stick to seafood when I order from this place, but this time I decided to try something different. I ordered a chicken gyro, and halfway through eating it, I found a staple mixed in with the lettuce and tomatoes???? That was almost my next bite! Thank goodness I looked before I took another bite. They are closed now, but I better get a refund because I will never order from this place again. That could have been a serious choking hazard!!!

It could have easily been a perfect 5-star review, but my entire order was messed up. To make matters worse, I requested pickup, yet it was sent out for delivery. Despite this, the food was still delicious. However, after ordering today, I'm feeling quite let down. The food didn’t taste nearly as good as it did nine months ago, especially considering the price I paid. The cocktail sauce had a strange, spongy texture, which was really off-putting. I’m not sure if there’s new management or different cooks, but something has definitely changed. I can't afford to waste my money on food that doesn't taste good. I'm very disappointed.

Update: Fast forward to today, nine months after my last order, and I'm really let down. The food just didn't taste as good, especially considering the price I paid.
