The manager, Joe, is excellent and very efficient at resolving issues. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect because there was some confusion among the staff while he was away, but Joe returned and took charge to fix the mistake. This place isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst. Overall, it's pretty decent. If Wendy's were a hoagie shop, it would be Primos. And let me clarify—I don’t eat at Wendy's every week. If someone walks into Primos, asks for a hoagie, and isn't in the mood for an independent shop, they won’t be disappointed with what Primos has to offer. View all feedback.

Better than the Original Primos location. Fresher bread… they are starting to under bake the par bake bread. Got one today 9/23/23 12:30pm… bread is white hardly baked
The bread is excellent (the primo size comes with a superior roll that has seeds). The meats are fantastic as well. Be sure to ask for extra pickles and sweet peppers!
Whoever the bald girl is working is wonderful! she serviced me so well i now come back daily. this place has truly become my second home. i would love to work here but my 13 felonies and 51+ misdemeanors wont let me *eye roll*. i truly love this place. wish they hosted a weekly “jack off contest”
