Great place large service overall great staff! u yea eating is fresh hot good

The food looks amazing, but the rice was so bland and it taste like minute rice, or instant? I won't be going to this spot anytime soon. I don't like TV dinners and this left me feeling like I over paid for one!?! I gave 4 stars because the place was very clean, and even though the workers seemed exhausted and angry. The food was dished out promptly, and politely.

The food its good no questions but, your portion have gotten smaller and your prices increased. I got Beijing beef today on a platter and a bowl and it is way overcooked real hard you cannot even tell it's beef it's like eating crunchy fried dough. Plus every order should automatically come with napkins and sauces on the side u'll don't even bother to put it in the bag. U'll generate lots of money it should not be an issue putting a general amount to satisfy customers and the price we pay. I always get near poor service when I order tru doordash and it's your fault not my delivery service.

Panda Express 's are notorious for communication problems, young, inefficient workers, and orders piling up as the line moves along. Workers are still wearing masks a year and half after vaccines available to the public, and naturally this makes communication difficult. No manager assistance at front of the house, even when the store is very busy. At the ordering counter, things get awkward if you are ordering anything other than a single plate , which incidentally consists of prototypical unsturdy, cheap white styrofoam container that doesn 't close all the way. Then cashier has to look inside before ringing you up, despite the first person writing on it. They intentionally don 't ask if you need soy/chili sauce. And I shouldn 't have to repeat myself several times when I 'm speaking clearly or leave with my order not packaged well. Plus, sauce on my entree was cloyingly sweet.
