I really enjoyed the breakfast tonkatsu pork chops and the sauce served with them. I also really enjoyed the fried flounder. Both were deliciously crispy and flavorful. You can't beat the crisp of panko breadcrumbs. Our server was very pleasant to everyone who came in. My 4 year old liked her. I wish her all the best on her Phd. View all feedback.
What Amanda Dobbs doesn't like about Owl Breakfast And Lunch:
Only place in Philly that request a $20 min to order delivery Then person taking your order can?t tell you the amt you just order, has to call you back How many times I was told $20 even I was told to report this to better business bureau 8 out of 10 times something is wrong with order Force to order food I don?t need if I want to eat at work View all feedback.
A great breakfast/lunch spot- good portions. The cuban sandwich or the waffles are my favorites.
The best breakfast spot around Temple University. The servers are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, my favorite is the french toast. Very inexpensive with large portions.
Sausage was over salted, potatoes and eggs were under salted. Table was wabbly so coffee, which was served in a styrophome cup, spilled everytime anyone bumped into it. The waitress, Marr, was excellent.
The granddaughter likes to overcharge and make up her own prices. I never had a problem ordering just my shrimp a grits for delivery, but she made me order extra food because it wasn’t enough for delivery which I always order just that and they bring it. But the grand mom said total was 18.50 and she said she’s rounding it off to $20 even I said why are u rounding anything off when she said the price. What store rounds off because of delivery? I canceled my order an will never order again because granddaughter was money hungry and sneaky
