The service is horrible The orders always mix up the Youngs kids always playing around i went there last night my order was not what i order didn't realize till i get home my great granddaughter was n tears because she didn't get her nuggets my quarter pounder was burned its not right the McDonald's on 56th an Vine

Food was well made. Good french fries. They were actually done right. Drive thru way fast.Food: 4/5

I ordered 2 cheese burgers and fries with a milkshake, they gave me a chicken sandwich with no fries and a water down shake like fix yall store…!!!!

I would give this McDonald’s 0 stars if I could from the customer service to the lack of paying attention when they are taking your order. I’m confused on how an order is clearly in front of you and you still get it wrong and then have an attitude with the customer for returning to get the correct order. I hope this place close down very soon it’s plenty of McDonald’s to spend you money at instead of wasting it here.
