La Canasta Mexican Food - Feedback

What Aaron T doesn't like about La Canasta Mexican Food:
I ordered chips with green and red sauce and something called a ‘fundido chorizo’.. the green sauce was verde with avocado stirred in and the red sauces appeared to be canned enchilada sauce. The fundido was melted shredded cheese that was solid as a rubber puck. The chips were cut tortillas deep fried and were ok. Can not recommend for take out; perhaps better dining in. The food is absolutely amazing! The Gordita was so flavorful and the enchilada Suizas were fresh and tasty. The rice and beans had lots of flavor and generous amount. Best Mexican Ive had in south Philly in a long time. A must try. View all feedback.
