great little, not-frills quarter square. it was exactly what we were looking for. looked at the theke and had fun more banter with the personal what I really love. friendly staff, cleaner place, comfort eating galore. Yes, I ordered the chipped bark, so I'll arrange a place. View all feedback.

Got the worst food poisoning of my life eating here !! The place looks unsanitary but I took a chance on it. Huge mistake !! Would NOT recommend and wish I could give less than 1 star View all feedback.
Kitty's restaurant is fantastic in every way. The charming old neighborhood atmosphere truly sets it apart as the best dining spot around.
This restaurant has the best scrapple and pancakes. The prices are reasonable and it has a classic breakfast bar/diner vibe. They only accept cash.
If you'd like excellent home made food, then go to Kitty's. The food is delicious, home made soups everyday. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable.
