King Of Wings - Philadelphia

This is a fantastic place—definitely one of the best burgers you'll find in South Philly!

The Buffalo Style Chicken Wings were delicious, though I wish the wings were a bit larger. The cheese fries were average. I requested ginger ale, but they brought me Sprite instead.

I can't speak for other cities since I live here. Anyway, my family always orders wings from this spot. We’ve tried other places in the past, but nothing compares. We even chose to come here when we lived in Lancaster because there weren’t any good wing places there. That’s how outstanding they are. Now that we’re back, I can explore a variety of flavors, and I’m eager to try more than just the hot wings. Hot wings are great, but I love having options. Luckily, they offer a good selection of wing sauces—not too many, since they’re not a gimmicky place—just the right amount. I'm really dreading moving out of South Philly because I won’t know where to get my wings. Actually, yes I will. I used to drive two hours for wings, so I know exactly where I’d go if I moved away!

I ordered breaded mushrooms but received a large order of curly fries instead! I live too far away to return it. So make sure to have them repeat your order back to you. Otherwise, the fried chicken here is the best I've ever had at a restaurant!
