The cocktails definitely lived up to the hype, which I had hoped they would! There was a solid selection of about eight cocktails, and I highly recommend trying one. The appetizer we tried was excellent, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was friendly and attentive. Keep in mind that this place is small, so it's best to arrive early if you want to secure a table! View all feedback.

Stylish but snug, the fancy, pricey, grown-up cocktails are decent, but most are a little too strange in flavor. A lot have tequila, vermouth or sake in them as the focus, if that's your thing. It's a place for one or two rounds, then you move on to a place more relaxed and affordable. I 've been coming to ITV for the last 3 years. It 's been my go to cocktail bar. I tell all my friends its a must visit. I was saddened when they extended their covid shut down due to their small intimate sitting area. Tonight they announced their opening night on social media and my friends and I had it marked on our calendar. We couldn 't wait to have top end egg white cocktails at our favorite place. We showed up at 5:20 thinking it was a 5:45 opening. The hostest politely greated us and asked us to come back at 5:45 when they were open. We sat out front in our car due to the cold and decided to return 5:35. We were surprised to see the bar was full and a new hostest apologized saying we are fully bookejq. Upset, I asked to talk to the host that asked me to come back at 5:45. She aggressively approached me saying we didn 't want people waiting ten minutes in the cold I responded, I was here 20 minutes ago in my car . Knowing people make mistakes I suggest hey can I give you my number and you call when the group is ready to leave . The host quickly responded I can 't do that. We are first come . I attempted to reason with this host maybe she was the owner and she just kept repeated we are first come first serve.I am so sad to see my favorite place poorly managed, have rude employees, and unable to problem solve mistakes. I so badly want to return but I am unsure if I can get past this.
I can't wait for this place to get to open again. Amazing craft cocktails and upscale bar foods with a French twist. The smoked trout rillettes were one of the best bites I ever had. Can't wait to eat them again.
I took my girlfriend last night to In the Valley (ITV Philly) for an Early Valentines Day Dinner and This place is AMAZING! Our server Laura was very professional, helped us with a smile and made sure our night was amazing.Great food, great drinks and great service!Drinks that we tried and loved.. I think ITV will now be the place I've reviewed the most. The menu is smaller than it was. Less crowded than I recall, even on a Wednesday night. But improbably, it is every ounce as impressive a spot as ever before. Amazing staff, amazing cocktails, amazing food. If this happened to be in New York or LA, it would never see the end of magazine and newspaper reviews. But I'll settle for my south philly gem; a spot that I'll always come back for whenever I'm back in town.
Overpriced subpar cocktails, rude bartenders. Place used to be amazing not the same since opening up after COVID. Don’t waste your time.
