That was our first time to eat here, wanted to try something else for my birthday and I didn't regret it. my children are planning to come back to birthday, lol.
Very disappointed about eating and service. the rolls on all the burgers were stale and the steak was hard and overcooked. eating is cold. server refilled our drinks once after 45 minutes from us and tried to find him. only a very bad choice of eating.

Stopped by to get some drinks in our exploring of Philly. The drinks are classic and are good. The bartender was approachable and modified my drinks easily but I found the drinks a little too sweet for my liking. The people who were providing service were very friendly and the bathroom was very clean. In comparison to other Hard Rock Cafe locations this one is a little dated and needs some updating overall it’s your typical Hard Rock Cafe.
Arrived and were seated promptly. Server was very gracious and accommodating. The food was served very quickly and sever came by to check on us several times. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our dining experience there.
