This is my first time trying Yemeni entrees. My overall experience was great. We were greeted by the server (he does everything including busboy so leave a nice tip). The setting was calm and cultural. The food was 10/10! I ordered Fahsah, kofta kabob, and a dish that contained chicken and rice (I forgot the name). This place will leave your food craving’s satisfied! Check it out! View all feedback.

This charming family-owned restaurant offers delicious food and impressively fast service. I had a wonderful time trying out a new cuisine, especially savoring the fahsah and grilled whole chicken. It was even better to share this experience with good friends. I highly recommend that you visit this place—you won’t regret it!
Fantastic Yemeni cuisine! The dishes are served hot and come in generous portions. The flavors are rich and vibrant, truly enhanced by the spices. I absolutely loved the Sizzling Lamb Fahsah and the generous size of the bread. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area, looking to try something different, or in need of a late-night meal. The owner is incredibly friendly as well. Definitely give this spot a try!
The customer service was nice, but the lady at the front desk gave us a rather rude look. When the first dish was served, we found a long hair in it, and after we politely mentioned it, they promptly replaced it. However, the grilled chicken wasn’t cooked properly and had a lot of small hairs typically found on the skin. They apologized sincerely, but it was disappointing considering we drove for an hour hoping to enjoy an authentic Yemeni meal.
The food here is just fantastic. This is amazing Middle Eastern food. It is extremely affordable (around $12 for large shareable dishes) and the restaurant itself is very cozy and accessible. I?ve been back already three times in a couple weeks because I can?t help but want to try every dish in the menu! One of the best restaurants in Philadelphia. Don?t hesitate to try it out.
The lamb was incredibly tender and practically fell off the bone. I could hardly contain my excitement as I brought the fork from the platter to my mouth; every bite was simply delicious. The sauce added a delightful spicy kick that elevated the dish even further. The Lamb Haneeth was freshly cooked and perfectly seasoned—truly a wonderful meal!
